The print-ready artwork will be provided via email once payment has been fully settled. Formats include: JPEG,PNG,PDF,EPS,AI.

No. We do not offer high-volume printing. We offer short production runs.
PLACING ORDERS & PAYMENT METHODS
You may submit your orders via phone – 876.476.0925 or you may email us at orders@digitalislandja.com. You also have the option to use the product order form on each product’s page on the website. Once you submit your order details using the product form, we will contact you via email or phone to provide the quote/costing. Once payment is made, the product is prepared and available for pick-up at our office. Electronic/digital products will be emailed.
We accept Cash, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Cheques.
In most instances, full payment is required before development/production begins. In instances where a 50% down payment is required, the digital artwork or printed item will be delivered upon receipt of the balance.
